Enrolments for this year are being taken for children who live in the Cairnlea estate, and for siblings of students currently attending Cairnlea Park Primary School. Due to our enrolment restrictions we are unable to accept any more Prep enrolments from families who live outside the Cairnlea estate.

Enrolment packs are available from the school office.

When returning an enrolment form, all associated original documents must be sighted:

Parent Requirements

• 2 Proof of Residency (Address) required -Driver’s Licence/Utilities Notice

(Rates, Electricity, Gas)/Rental Agreement/Contract of Sale

• Proof of Citizenship/Visa if not born in Australia (e.g. Australian Passport)

Applicant (student) Requirements

• Australian Birth Certificate – A copy will be taken of the original.

 OR

• Proof of Citizenship/Passport/Visa (If Child Not Born In Australia)
• Completed Immunisation History Statement

(Obtained from myGov Medicare online, or the Immunisation Register Telephone: 1800 653 809)

All sections of the enrolment form must be filled in correctly to help us provide the best enrolment and transition experience for your child.
